VinFast Auto India, the Indian subsidiary of global EV manufacturer VinFast Auto, has announced the opening of 24 new dealerships across key cities in India. This move aligns with the company’s plan to establish 35 dealerships nationwide by the end of 2025.
The new showrooms are located in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Surat, Pune, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Nagpur, Agra, Ludhiana, Jaipur, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, Baroda, and Rajkot. Each outlet follows VinFast’s global retail standards, offering a modern design and transparent, customer-focused spaces.
According to Tapan Ghosh, CEO of VinFast India, the growing demand for sustainable mobility in India continues to fuel the company’s expansion. He stated that VinFast aims to enhance accessibility to its electric vehicles and services nationwide while delivering a customer-centric ownership experience.
VinFast’s integrated ecosystem combines retail, charging, and after-sales services, supported by partnerships with RoadGrid, myTVS, Castrol India, and Global Assure.
The company’s manufacturing facility in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, spans 400 acres and will assemble the VF 6 and VF 7 SUVs. The plant has an initial production capacity of 50,000 vehicles per year, scalable up to 150,000 units.
The factory is expected to create around 3,500 direct jobs and several thousand indirect opportunities, strengthening Tamil Nadu’s position as a leading EV manufacturing hub in South Asia.
VinFast remains on track to operationalize all 35 dealerships by the end of 2025, reinforcing its service network and presence across India.
