Ananta Hotels Debuts in Uttarakhand with New Expansion

Marking its entry into Uttarakhand Ananta Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Ananta Elite Dehradun located in Tehsil Vikasnagar District Dehradun. Surrounded by mountains and dense forest cover on the outskirts of the city the property is expected to open in March 2027.

The 100 room property owned by Apple Valley Hospitality Services will be operated under a management contract in line with Ananta’s asset light growth strategy. The hotel will feature banquet facilities restaurants a spa and a full range of guest amenities catering to leisure travellers families social gatherings and corporate retreats.

With the Delhi Dehradun expressway already operational the location has emerged as one of the most accessible hill getaways from the NCR and Punjab. Vikasnagar sits at the foothills of the Shivalik range with Mussoorie Rishikesh and Haridwar along with the Char Dham circuit all within reach making it a natural convergence point for hill spiritual and adventure travel.
