OZi, a quick commerce platform focused on baby and kids’ products, has raised USD 6.2 million in a Series A funding round led by RTP Global.

This latest round follows OZi’s USD 3.3 million seed funding raised in October 2025, led by Blume Ventures with participation from Huddle Ventures, Zeropearl VC and Untitled Ventures.

The new capital will be used to expand its presence across Gurugram and the NCR region, while also strengthening technology, operations and its product range. It will focus on improving customer trust and enhancing its curated offerings.

Founded in 2025 by Amit Sah, OZi operates as a quick commerce platform catering to families with young children. It offers a curated selection of over 15,000 products across categories such as apparel, toys, baby care, school essentials and pharmacy items.

The Gurugram-based startup provides round-the-clock service with delivery options within 60 minutes, along with scheduled deliveries. Since its launch, OZi reports significant growth and has recently expanded its operations to Noida.
