In his expanded role, Chef Neeraj will now lead the culinary strategy for Hyatt properties across West India. His responsibilities will include driving menu innovation, aligning operations, enhancing quality standards, nurturing culinary talent and crafting distinctive gastronomic journeys that resonate with Hyatt’s evolving guest expectations.
