AGA Hotels and Apartments Pvt. Ltd., a Kerala-based hospitality and real estate company, has announced the signing of Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Kochi Infopark, marking the debut of the Ramada Hotel & Suites brand in India. The 69-room property is being developed in partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and is scheduled to open by mid-2026.
Located near Kochi’s rapidly expanding Infopark IT corridor, the upcoming hotel is positioned to serve IT professionals, corporate travellers, long-stay guests, and families visiting the city. The signing reflects AGA Hotels and Apartments’ strategy of introducing internationally recognised hospitality brands in high-growth commercial hubs across South India.
The hotel will feature a mix of spacious suites and well-appointed guest rooms, along with an all-day dining restaurant, meeting and business facilities, a fitness centre, and amenities tailored to the needs of business and extended-stay travellers.
Commenting on the development, Askar Gulabali, Managing Director of AGA Hotels and Apartments Pvt. Ltd., said the launch addresses a growing demand for premium, business-friendly accommodation in Kochi as the city strengthens its position as a major IT and commercial centre. He added that the collaboration with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts combines local market expertise with a globally trusted hospitality brand.
