Hard Rock International Terminates JSM Corporation Agreement in India
Hard Rock International has terminated its agreements with JSM Corporation, ending its rights to operate Hard Rock Cafes and Rock Shops across several Indian cities.

Hard Rock International has formally terminated its agreements with JSM Corporation Pvt Ltd and its related entities, ending their rights to operate Hard Rock Cafes and Rock Shops across India.

The affected outlets include locations in Bengaluru (St. Marks Road), Bengaluru International Airport, Whitefield, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Hyderabad Hitech City, Kolkata, New Delhi, and Pune.

The termination applies specifically to the café and retail operations previously managed by JSM Corporation under the Hard Rock brand.

However, the Hard Rock Hotel Goa will remain operational, as it is not connected to the JSM Corporation agreement and is run under a separate arrangement.

Hard Rock International has not yet announced the future operating structure for the affected café locations in India.

Founded by Jay Singh and Sanjay Mahtani, JSM Corporation has been one of India’s early hospitality companies to bring global restaurant brands to the country and has previously operated multiple Hard Rock Café outlets across major Indian cities under a long-standing franchise partnership with Hard Rock International.
