Electric two-wheeler maker Ola Electric Mobility Limited on Saturday announced the launch of ‘Ola Insiders’, a community program for its more than one million existing customers. The initiative aims to provide structured benefits for vehicle upgrades, additional purchases and referrals.
According to the company, Gen 1 and Gen 2 scooter owners can upgrade to the latest Gen 3 S1 portfolio and Roadster motorcycles with benefits of up to ₹50,000. The new models also feature 4680 Bharat Cell variants.
Existing customers can purchase an additional Ola vehicle under the same registered name and receive benefits of up to ₹20,000, including cashback offers and MoveOS upgrades. Under the referral program, customers can earn up to ₹5,000 in Ola credits upon successful delivery of a referred vehicle, while the referred buyer receives ₹1,000 cashback.
A company spokesperson said the program formalises engagement with its rider base, encourages upgrades and supports multi-vehicle ownership within households.
Ola Electric currently offers the Gen 3 S1 scooter range and the Roadster X motorcycle portfolio. The Gen 3 S1 lineup is priced between ₹1,24,999 and ₹1,90,338, while the S1 X series ranges from ₹82,999 to ₹1,19,999. The Roadster range is priced between ₹99,999 and ₹1,89,999.
The company operates its manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu and runs a direct-to-customer retail network across India.
