Dessert Therapy has now expanded its footprint with the launch of its sixth outlet, Dessert Therapy Kitchen, marking a shift in its business model from a dessert-focused format to a broader café-style dining concept.


The Oshiwara outlet is the largest for the brand so far and signals a strategic move to increase average customer time spent and ticket size by introducing a food menu alongside its existing dessert offerings. The new format is designed to position the outlet as a dine-in destination rather than a quick-service dessert stop.

Since opening its first physical outlet in 2020, the brand has expanded across key Mumbai locations including Malad, Juhu, Bandra, Fort and Ghatkopar. Its growth has been gradual, with a consistent focus on building an experience-led format in the competitive dessert and café segment.

At the Oshiwara location, the company has introduced a café-style menu featuring a mix of small plates, mains and hand-held items. The food selection includes dishes such as peri peri crispy potatoes, burrata with muhammara and charred corn salsa, caramelised onion rigatoni, truffle butter spaghetti with mushrooms and ramen with miso broth and tofu. The offering is supported by a beverage program that includes standard coffee options as well as flavoured drinks like Biscoff frappes, tiramisu lattes and dessert-based shakes, aimed at increasing cross-category consumption.
