Chef Kapoor brings over 17 years of experience in the hospitality sector and has previously worked within ITC Hotels, including a tenure at ITC Grand Chola. He began his career at ITC Gardenia and has held multiple roles within the organisation over the years.
Prior to this appointment, he was leading MICE culinary operations at ITC Grand Chola, where he handled large-scale banquet and event dining. His experience includes managing both restaurant kitchens and event catering formats with exposure to diverse operational requirements.
An alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management Kolkata, Chef Kapoor brings experience across traditional and contemporary culinary practices. His approach is centred on ingredient sourcing, menu development and ensuring operational consistency across formats.
