Prior to joining Phenom, he was the CEO and Co-Founder of Tydy, an onboarding experience company that was acquired by Phenom in 2024. During his 20+ years of experience in product leadership and sales, he has worked across multiple geographies including Europe, USA, and Asia. Kiran moved to India from Norway to build a software solution that would transform the employee experience with automation and intelligence, from onboarding to offboarding.
