Manohar Singh Charan is the Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ShareChat and Moj. Manohar leads the overall Strategy of the company along all the corporate functions including Finance controllership (Accounting, tax, audit and treasury), strategic finance, investor relations, M&A, legal, HR, communications, policy, admin and facilities, and IT for the entire organization. He drives the larger strategic goals and plans of the organization and plays active role in designing and implementing initiatives new monetization With nearly 14 years of experience, Manohar has worked with companies like Zomato, Uber, Royal Bank of Scotland, PropTiger.com, to name a few. Prior to joining ShareChat, Manohar was the Vice President at Zomato where he was instrumental in setting up the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. He was also in a leadership role at Uber heading Strategic Finance for India and South Asia. Manohar has led a series of M&A transactions at ShareChat and PropTiger, including acquisitions like MX TakaTak, Housing.com and Makaan.com.
