Sandeep Deshmukh is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in technology, e-commerce, and supply chain management. Under his leadership, ElasticRun has pioneered a first-of-its-kind rural commerce model, creating unprecedented access to India’s most remote markets. Before founding ElasticRun, Sandeep played a crucial role in shaping Amazon’s last-mile delivery network. His experience also includes working on Apple’s iCloud engineering team (Cupertino, CA), DHL’s transportation platform (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), and Infosys’ system engineering division (Pune, India). An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Sandeep continues to drive innovation in rural commerce and supply chain transformation.
