agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration & Payment
- All registrations must be completed through the official website.
- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its discretion.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued in the event of cancellation of the conference by the organizer.
- No refunds will be provided for attendee cancellations, no-shows, or inability to attend.
- Approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days from the date of
confirmation.
3. Event Modifications
- The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, format, speakers, sessions, or
venue at any time without prior notice.
- Such changes shall not entitle participants to any refund or compensation.
4. Delegate Substitution
- Delegate substitutions may be permitted with prior written approval from the organizer.
- Requests must be submitted before the event date with complete details of the replacement
attendee.
5. Code of Conduct
- All attendees are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the
event.
- Any misconduct, including harassment or disruption, may result in immediate removal from the
event without refund.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All conference materials, including presentations, branding, and content, are the intellectual
property of Entrepreneur India or respective speakers.
- Recording, reproduction, or distribution of any content without prior written consent is
strictly prohibited.
7. Photography & Media Consent
- By attending Entrepreneur India, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or
recorded.
- The organizer reserves the right to use such media for marketing, promotional, and documentation
purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The organizer shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of
personal belongings during the event.
- Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.
9. Data Usage & Privacy
- Personal information collected during registration will be used for event communication and
related purposes.
- The organizer may share attendee information with event partners, sponsors, and affiliates for
relevant engagement unless otherwise stated.
10. Force Majeure
- The organizer shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellation due to
circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government
regulations, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
11. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Delhi, India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
