Vibhor Jain is the Managing Director and CEO of ONDC, a Government of India initiative reimagining digital commerce through open, interoperable networks to drive wider market access, inclusion, and equitable digital participation. Vibhor has been closely associated with some of India’s most consequential digital public infrastructure programs, including the modernization of income tax systems and the creation of Aadhaar - the world’s largest digital identity platform. With over two decades of experience, Vibhor has advised governments across Asia and Africa on large-scale digital transformation and led India market entry and expansion for global consumer technology ventures in mobility and financial services.
